What happens when I get into an accident?
STAY CALM! Make sure everyone is ok. Call your insurance. The Insurance adjuster will ask you which repair shop you would like repairs completed at, and they will arrange towing to the shop of your choice. If your vehicle is not drivable, it will be towed to Vaughan Collision Centre where an estimate on repair work is completed.
If my car has a small dent, does the panel needs be painted?
There are many factors that make paint mixing and blending in the collision repair process even more critical. To properly repair a minor dent of several square inches, an entire panel may need to painted and the adjacent panels may need to be blended in order to achieve a precise color match. At Vaughan Collision Center, we use computer-controlled sensing devices that provide the refinish technician with a precise formula to match the paint color on a vehicle.
Does my car's Frame needs Alignment?
Most vehicle repairs begin with a proper frame alignment, depdnding on the type and severity of accident. We use a Chief frame rack with a Velocity computerized measuring system. This system allows us to return your vehicle frame to manufacture specifications.
